It's easy to feel alone when you're going through a difficult time. Sharing your story of hope, recovery and resilience means other families can learn from your experiences and know that other people are facing the same challenges.
What we'd love to publish
You can share your own experience of anxiety or depression, or reflect on something that's happened in your family and how you dealt with it.
In the interests of your wellbeing and that of our other community members, we ask that you write about an issue you've resolved or are feeling OK about. If you're feeling distressed, need support or have questions you'd like answered, you can jump on our forums to continue the discussion or get in touch with our Support Service.
What we can't publish
We need to make sure that any story shared on the Healthy Families website is not potentially harmful. For this reason we may edit or choose not to publish stories that breach our community guidelines.
These include things like using offensive language, referring to specific medications or services by name, sharing personal information, or making explicit reference to suicide, self-harm or sexual abuse. If you're unsure, please refer to the guidelines before posting.
