Great to see you reaching out on the forum. It sounds like you are feeling really frustrated with your current situation at the moment. Having awareness that you are having symptoms that are not easily explained is a great first step towards getting support. You have started by reaching out on the forum and this takes a lot of strength. Not being able to afford counselling is difficult but there are a few free programs that I can recommend that can help get your started on a healing journey.
The first is visiting a GP. Checking in with a GP can help you get assurances that you are travelling okay physically and they may be able to problem solve with you to find the right support avenue. There are some streams of funding available to gain access to psychological support depending on where you live and your GP would have an understanding of their availability.
There is a program that supports people with anxiety and depression as well as PTSD which uses both online and telephone support. It is free and is called Mindspot. You can visit the site by going to this webpage and see if its right for you https://mindspot.org.au
Another program is the Developed by Beyond Blue program called NewAccess however it is only available in some parts of the country. It is a free program and supports people with low mood and worry. You can find out if this program is in your area by going to this webpage https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/newaccess
Another program that is for people with eating disorders and issues with body image is The Butterfly Foundation. Butterfly operates a National Helpline that includes support over the phone, via email and online. The Helpline is staffed by trained counsellors experienced in assisting with eating disorders and body image issues. It also provide a wide range of programs for service providers and recovery groups. You can read about the service by going to this site ... https://thebutterflyfoundation.org.au
There is a alot of support out there and sometimes it is doing a bit of trial and error (under the supervision of a GP) to find the right path. The forum is also a really helpful place where you will find support and advise from all different people and threads. We are here and we are listening. Please don't hesitate to share more of your story if you feel comfortable.
Wishing you the best possible outcome,
