    Please donโ€™t ever be embarrassed with you anxiety...you have nothing to be embarrassed about...Anxiety is unfortunately an unseen illness....please be kind and very gentle to you

    I am sorry that youโ€™re all struggling so much with your anxiety....Deep breathing can be helpful...

    So can a caring hug....leaving hugs for anyone who needs/wants one....
