Hey there. I have GAD too, and I don't work either, but have been really edgy of late, so you might be right on the whole Corona thing. I know that so many people who don't normally suffer mental heath issues, are stressed/anxious/depressed right now, so it stands to reason that we're probably feeling it too, but not recognising it because we know our mental health is normally challenged.
I also get depression that comes along with my anxiety, so I feel you there too. If you feel you need to, check in with your GP for a chat. Also, do you do anything to help with your anxiety normally? I do yoga, meditation, exercise, belly breathing etc which are all helpful too. And they're all things you can still do with everything else going on at the moment in the world.
