    hey guys
is a panic attack a cause for concern? should I be talking to someone about it even if I haven't had many?

    Hi Sara4

Welcome and good on you for having the courage to post too!

I understand how horrible panic attacks can be. If you wish to elaborate about your anxiety we can help you more effectively. If our anxiety begins to have a negative effect on our ability to function on a daily basis.....seeking help from our GP is important

There are many gentle people on the forums that can be here for you too Sara4. The forums are a safe and non judgmental place for us to post

    any questions are always welcome!

    my kind thoughts

    Paul
