managing Anxiety is a very complex issue, but very relevant for today as we see the number of people suffering some form of anxiety growing everyday at an alarming rate.
here are some tips that helped me through my struggle with this.
I came to point where I just knew I had to do something to break this viscous cycle.
I decided to go for a walk daily as this got me out of the house and gave me something to look forward to.
Going for a walk along the beach or a walk through the park was soothing as well.
Even though I was on my own I forced myself to go to local cafe, even though I was on own it was busy and I felt like I was mixing with the people there.
Over time I was relating to cafe owner which was great, I also visited a retiree across the road everyday and he would make a coffee, not only was he helping me I was helping him as he did not get many visitors.
With all this starting to happen, my focus on life was changing and I was too busy to focus on my anxiety as I was now focusing the positive things I had going on, no matter how small they were.
