Where do I begin? I have no idea where I can start with what’s going on in my head. I’m feeling so overwhelmed with this inner rage that wants to escape from me. Not in violent way. I feel myself losing control. A simpleton could see that he is no good for me. Or is it me...yes it’s me.

    Hi Supalonely83

Welcome to the bb forum, a place of non judgemental support.

It sounds like you are in a relationship that’s not good for your health. I’m really sorry that you’re feeling overwhelmed and like you’re losing control.

Have you considered talking it through with your GP? I suggest this because your doctor can assist with a diagnosis and treatment plan. With the right treatment, many people recover from anxiety and the type of feelings you are experiencing.

    Kind thoughts to you

    Hi Supalonley83,

I'm very sorry to hear about how you're feeling at the moment. It's an awful feeling when you're so overwhelmed that you don't feel like you have control.

I want to echo what Summer Rose has suggested, as talking to your doctor is always a great first step in figuring out what and how you are feeling.

I also suggest writing down how you're feeling. When I write down how I'm feeling I find that I get a much better grasp on my emotions and what is happening at that point in time. This helps be assess my next move and make clearer decisions.
