Towards the middle of this year I began to find my anxiety being a bit of a problem more so than usual. Just thought id send a message out to others on here to say I hope that the year can get progressively better with whatever mental/physical health problems you have experienced. I don't know if I believe in prayers or wishes but sometimes they are nice to say anyway.

    Cheers

    He Fred,

thank you for your well wishes. I have come to the same realisation this year. I’m scared and excited to face my anxiety head on and learn how to live with it and stop fighting it. I’m finding a lot of comfort on this forum with strangers like yourself. Really makes me feel less isolated. I wish you well in the rest of your year, and know you are never alone. I don’t believe in God, but I do believe in prayer and love. So sending all the prayers and love your way.

Hi Ggrand thanks for your advice, yeah I've found it good to be able to help others on here in some way. I think mantras or affirmations can be useful at times and they are free hah but yeah I do get professional help I would say of late though I've tried to fix some anxiety/depression causing things in my life on my own a bit ha and they have been a bit tougher to move through. So yeah I'll keep an eye on the information people have already added its a great resource especially for now with people having to work with Covid.

    Cheers

    Hi mads8796,

Thanks for the prayers much appreciated. Yeah I agree the forums are great for not feeling isolated that's the worst place isn't it? Yeah I like your strategy of just living with anxiety that's a good way to go about it just incorporate into sort of or like forget its there do you know what I mean, I mean we all get anxious its just that some of us are wired to be a bit more ' alert' ha at times but eventually things go back to baseline.
