    Hi Fred

    I hear you.

I'm so sorry that you're struggling today and I want to encourage you to ride it out and hang in there. These words from Emily Dickinson may bring comfort, "Not knowing when the dawn will come, I open every door."

Tomorrow is a fresh start Fred and it always carries the possibility of light. Good luck with the psychiatrist.

    Kind thoughts to you
