    Hey!

Urgh, 32 recently. Had some 1on1 before with professionals but always found they were lacking.

I've never had any ambitions in life, I'm very (woah insite into very!!! :O) lonely but from previous experience have shut myself off from others due to having being hurt by the 1 long term partner I had?

Dad died when I was still preteen (from memory).

Just looking for people to take to... looking for validation in existence I guess?

Have a staffy that is centre of my world. Dunno what to say or do. Just know I need to at least try?

Guess just looking for god or bad human contact?

    Hi Paul,
Thank you for the reply man!

    I'm Wyatt.

Ah, I don't talk to anyone when I'm feeling down, in other words don't want ro burden. I'm also an alcoholic, which I'm in the process of giving up, though I am finding getting shitfaced is a ritual I do to release built up pressure that I'm not aware I have?

Tbh I'm trying to quit, and also here to tey something new in terms of battering myself.

Hey man! I wrote a detail response that had a lot of insight but it got deleted in the process of replying :P

I tried to write here like 3 years ago, so you have me beat man haha.

I do not have anyone to talk to atm. I moved to a tiny backward town to care for my grandmother as she needed someone and I was unemployed and didnt want her to go to a home.

She's passed and I'm in the house alone that basically isolated myself. I have a dog that is with me 24/7 and that's about it. Feel bad for him because he's basically my carer now haha!

Dunno what to really say or type? Just know I want to improve my state of being and thought I'd give her another go.

Again, thank you for replying :)

Man... again, no idea what to say or reply with.

Anyway, Dog's name is "Budge". Adopted him with that name, and couldnt change it on him. He can't get enough physical contact with people or dogs.

Originally I never got the comments people made in relation to him and myself, ... but clearly they saw how much I rely on his companionship haha!

It's probably been 3 years or so with him around. And he's just always there... if that makes sense. He also ha massive flaws in relation to other dogs (he gets scared when walking him around aother dogs) but lives dogs when he isnt on a lead.

Guess,I understand him on that haha! Dog scared of dogs but loves people.... person scare of people but loves dogs P

    Don't know forum educate.

But anyway, got to say it's got to be difficult engaging with people in this space alot.

Obviously you get something out of this, but I hope you're keeping in a good place - can be difficult taking on others issues (i don't mean issues negatively either!!)

I used to have chronic anxiety on and off for 37 years Wyatt and its crap to have...I joined these forums back in 2016 when I was a nervous wreck and am now a volunteer trying to help people with anxiety/depressive issues and yes its difficult..You are spot on

I really appreciate you good wishes Wyatt...they mean a lot to me. I was an idiot and didnt seek treatment when I was 23.....I thought I could self heal....that was silly and cost me 13 years of my life with exacerbating anxiety

I really hope you can stick around the forums....when and if you want too that is!

    my kind thoughts

    Paul
