I've lost all hope thanks to lockdown. I'm falling into a deep depressive episode and I have lost all joy from everything. Everything is to much of an effort and nothing gives me any happy chemicals so everything sucks. I just want things to not suck anymore.

    Hey Sareus,

Thank you for reaching out this afternoon,

We can empathise with your frustration and despair around the current lockdown restrictions. It's very disheartening. We're so sorry to hear it feels as though you've lost all joy. Is there anything you could do to make your time in lockdown a little more bearable? any books, movies or hobbies you've been interested in starting?

    Hi Sareus :)

Have you tried journalling? Exercise? Reassessing your diet to see if you're eating

whole and nutritious foods? When I'm feeling down I like to write lists of positive

things in my life as a starting point. I hope you feel better soon

    Hi Sareus,

Sorry you are feeling this way it must be difficult for you…

I understand lockdown would be difficult…

    What do you enjoy doing?

You could use your outside time to exercise….

If things are feeling tough please see your gp you could do a mental health plan together this will enable you to see a psychologist..

    here to chat

Sorry for late replies got side tracked but I've been doing s little exercise with my dog and my diet has gotten way worse since lockdown as I've lost motivation.

I'm already medicated and seeing a psychologist however they've been sick for a month and unable to see me.
