    Hello Dear Baljit,

I agree with what you said...yesterday is gone...we have already lived yesterday the best we can....Tomorrow hasn’t come yet..so we can’t live in tomorrow without causing us anxiety...We are alive and breathing today..so we must enjoy today the best we can....mindfully is the best way to do so...

    My kindest thoughts dear Baljit,

    Grandy..

can we enjoy today to the fullest if we don’t plan for tomorrow .

Yes enjoy today and be in the moment but if we are not prepared for the next day we may worry.

Thanks so much for starting this thread,

    Baljit,

Very true. Sometimes we can spend so much time either stuck in the past or worrying about the future that we lose sight of the present.

    Thank you for sharing!
