I agree with what you said...yesterday is gone...we have already lived yesterday the best we can....Tomorrow hasn’t come yet..so we can’t live in tomorrow without causing us anxiety...We are alive and breathing today..so we must enjoy today the best we can....mindfully is the best way to do so...

Yes enjoy today and be in the moment but if we are not prepared for the next day we may worry.
