out. It's very brave and important that you have done so, and I want you to
know that we are here to give you as much support, advice and conversation as
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having such a
difficult time over these past 5 weeks. It sounds like you’ve been dealing with
depression and stress, and despite your efforts, the counselling and strategies
you’ve tried have not helped in making you feel better. I can imagine that it’d
be even harder and more overwhelming when you can’t truly express your pain to
others, or have them understand your situation. Please know that you do not
have to do this alone- this is a safe and supportive space and we are here to listen and help you.
