I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling. This sounds like a really tough place to be in. Things like this take time to move on from and I think it's important that you try to keep living your life and going out and keeping busy. You should absolutely still talk through these feelings and no one expects you to be 100% okay but try not to put all your energy into thinking about it as it will just cause you further distress. Have you talked to anyone close to you about how you're feeling?
