I just felt the need to say thank you I may not have commented on anyone's post but felt comforted I am not alone with similar circumstances my husband has depression and anxiety and only the last few months has he been medicated for his health conditions I was very proud of him but he hit his lowest point whilst medicated because of this it led me to the beyond blue website which helped immensely in understanding what he is struggling with and how to communicate with him without upsetting him, he is now seeing a psychologist even though I know there is no cure for what is happening to him it brings peace of mind that he is trying to manage his conditions.

Thank You All so much much love to you all 💓💓💓

    Hi Trying2019,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts here. There are many people behind the scenes at Beyond Blue working in many different capacities.

I to have found the website to be very informative and helpful with all the information provided.

Please know that if you are interested to do so, you would be very welcome to communicate further here on the forum.

Both my husband and I suffer from depression and other mental health issues. It has been a time of learning, growing, accepting and trying to find ways to move on.

I find the more I learn about my conditions, the more I understand and hopefully can change my life around one step at a time.

Wishing you and your husband well.

    Cheers from Dools
