I exactly don't know what it is....we have been in Adelaide for 2years now and my struggle with these two things are getting worse. I don't know what exactly is this...is it my family..new place or something else. For the longest time I want to take the help but now things are getting little out of control in every aspect of life.

I do not want to say that you have A or B as I am not qualified for either. But I can comment about myself and these relate to myself and there is no implication otherwise. Part of my situation comes is associated with haemochromatosis which has symptoms of depressions, mood swings, irritability etc. While that is under control I still have anxieties and depressive episodes. It has taken 2 years of talking to a psych to work out that my issues re perfectionism come from a feeling of not being good enough. There are other things as well. I guess that what I am trying to say is that talking to someone about what you are feeling is helpful.

What sort of things to do worry about? What things anger you?
