Thank you for being so vulnerable on the forum and sharing what is happening with you. This is what it is for and we are glad that use this platform to express yourself. It can be very hard to deal with isolation and loneliness, particularly when there is a sense of being trapped in your home and in a relationship that you do not see as working out well. Human connection can be a big piece to soothing a lot of pain and understandably can be difficult to obtain when working a lot. Carer satisfaction and living one’s purpose can be a huge achievement and it's commendable that you would want to seek this. Please remember that as much as it is uncomfortable right now to be in a job that is not ideal, you are young and still have time to change careers. This is quite common place for people even later in life these days, so there is still hope and time.
